Join me for a live online 90-minute workshop, where I’ll share a structured approach to help you take action on the first steps of getting you out of your heartbreak rut.

When you’ve been stuck in the grips of the grief of heartbreak, you may feel lost and unable to know how to even begin to think about healing. My 90-minute workshop is designed to help you to learn about the first steps to take to turn the corner after experiencing heartbreak, to create a major shift in perspective and embark on a path of healing. There is a way out and through – join me to find out how.

Who is this for?

This workshop is for you if you’ve experienced heartbreak as a result of a relationship that has ended abruptly. You are looking for answers and don’t know where to turn, or how to break through the repetitive cycles in your head.

What will you learn?

Clarity

Start to understand what is happening in your brain and why you are going round in circles

3 Tools

Learn three practical tools and exercises to get you going on a different journey, back towards love again rather than constantly looking over your shoulder

Ask Questions

Have the opportunity to ask me your burning questions about how to start to get out of the horrible rut of ‘seeking closure’

What is the format of the workshop?

The first half of the workshop is a structured session where I will take you through some powerful insights and reframes as well as give you three practical tools you can then go off and do in your own time.

The second half is a Q+A session where you will be able to submit your questions to me. I will try to cover as many as I can within the timeframe. Participation is totally anonymous and nobody else on the workshop will be able to see your name or your face. Questions are submitted via an anonymous chat box that only I can see.
